The 15, 25, and 50 refer to “cut ratio”.
 
Cut ratio, is the amount of hair cut out per 100 strands of hair.
 
ie. A straight blade scissor cuts 100/100 hairs, while the Acroleaf Thinner K50 cuts out 50, or half of the panel pulled out.
